Local microSD + encrypted cloud: data can't be touched
Each reading is written on write-only local microSD and replicated on AES-256 encrypted cloud. Archive kept minimum 12 months (extendable to 5 years). Digital signature and timestamp on each record: data is not modifiable, even by the administrator.

What it is
Cold Care's archive module is the system's "memory": every minute, every reading from every sensor is written in two independent copies:
• Local: industrial-grade microSD configured write-once (data not overwritten or erased).
• Remote: cloud server AES-256 encrypted, EU ISO 27001 datacenter, geographic replication.
Each record contains: official timestamp, sensor ID, measured value, sensor status, SHA-256 digital signature. An altered record loses its valid signature = unusable in court.

Who needs it
For all Cold Care clients, critical for: retail supplying own-brand perishables (direct recall liability), pharmacies managing vaccines and AIFA drugs, food industries under IFS/BRC/FSSC 22000 audits (temperature trend sampling is mandatory), healthcare (blood, plasma, vaccine storage), corporate catering and school canteens with public contracts (specifications require tamper-proof traceability).
In litigation (e.g. accusation of out-of-cold-chain product sale): the Cold Care report with digital signature is direct evidence in court.

Setup: initial write frequency configuration (default 1 min, configurable 30 sec - 5 min), customer user creation on online portal, retention policy definition (12 months standard, up to 5 years on request).
Web customer portal with: historical view by sensor/cell/period, signed PDF export for ASL inspection, Excel/CSV export for internal analysis, real-time dashboard, access log.
Multi-user with roles: administrator, HACCP manager, operator, read-only, inspector (temporary control account).
Automatic weekly backup, monthly integrity check with report to all customers. Full data export at contract end: no technological "lock-in".
