Cookie Policy

1. What are cookies
Cookies are small text files stored in the user's browser during browsing. They may be session cookies (deleted when the browser closes) or persistent cookies (stored for a defined period). This site may also use localStorage, a browser-side storage mechanism functionally similar to persistent cookies but not transmitted to the server on each request.
2. Cookies used by this site
The website hygienecare.it uses only strictly necessary technical cookies and storage. No profiling cookies, advertising tracking cookies, third-party analytics cookies (e.g. Google Analytics) or third-party pixels are installed.
| Name | Type | Duration | Purpose |
|---|---|---|---|
hc_consent_v1 | localStorage | Persistent (no automatic expiry) | Stores the user's choice regarding the cookie information banner, so the banner is not shown again on subsequent visits. |
No additional technical session cookies are set by the site itself. The web server may set standard framework session cookies (e.g. HTTP session identifiers) that contain no personal data.
3. Fonts and external resources
The typefaces used by this site (Outfit and Cormorant Garamond) are hosted locally on hygienecare.it servers and are not loaded from third-party services (Google Fonts or similar). No network requests are made to such providers during browsing.
4. Third-party cookies
This site does not install third-party cookies. The WhatsApp contact link opens the WhatsApp platform in a new browser window; any data processing by Meta/WhatsApp is governed by their own privacy policy and falls outside the scope of this cookie policy.
5. How to disable or delete cookies
You can manage, disable or delete cookies and localStorage through your browser settings. Disabling localStorage does not affect access to site content; it only means the cookie notice banner will reappear on each visit.
6. Updates
This Cookie Policy may be updated to reflect technical or regulatory changes. We recommend checking it periodically. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page.
For more information on personal data processing, see the Privacy Policy.
